This free calculator is made by Idea Lab Studio, which sells practical spreadsheet tools for small sellers and hosts. It's free to use with no sign-up. It sets no cookies, runs no tracking scripts, and everything you type stays in your browser.

Why it exists. The big free Etsy calculators are built for US shops. They usually skip the things that change a UK or EU seller's numbers: the regulatory operating fee in the UK, France, Italy, Spain and Hungary, the VAT Etsy adds to its fees when you have no VAT ID, and Ireland's rule that VAT on fees applies even with one. This calculator puts those first.

How it's kept accurate. Every rate links to the Etsy help page it came from (see sources), with the date it was checked. The formulas are written out on how it works and tested against hand-worked examples before each update. If Etsy changes a fee, the page is updated and the check date changes.
